It's always easy to take great service for granted, but I really didn't want this particular experience to pass without a worthy acknowledgement.

 We bought the van a few months ago From Nicholas, and from the first conversation subsequent to seeing the van on the website you have been nothing but excellent. Of course, the perfect measure of any sale is the "after sale service" and I cannot thank you all enough for the number of extra miles you all went to help me out. From dropping the van off, the swift resolution of the problem and ensuring I was able to pick the van up last night when your office/site was closed. Absolutely perfect.

 You also very kindly fixed the issue with the two seat bases in the back, which is just fantastic.

 Thank you once again, there is no other place I would go regarding the purchase of a van 

The truck we bought was the cheapest advertised on the Autotrader website and we were more than impressed by it's condition when we first viewed it. It was also very nice to come to a proper showroom with nice quality vans and not have to deal with your usual Arthur Daily types. Thanks Chaps!
