Trade Sales Explained

We usually have a selection of vehicles that we have taken in part-exchange, if they have been well looked after, mechanically sound & have good service histories we might just add them to our retail stock. However, a lot of part exchanges do not come up to ours or the RACs high standards. Traditionally these vehicles would go to auction where they are sold with no warranties or guarantees, usually to a motor trader who will fix them up and sell them on for a profit.

Our Trade Sales page cuts out the middleman, allowing motor traders or the public buy direct from us at below retail prices and without the additional auction fees. Most of these vehicles will have a few rough edges as we do not prepare or fix them. They will be exactly as the last owner handed them over, but they should offer good value for the open minded.

We have all vehicles inspected and will always disclose any faults that we find but we do stress that it is the buyer's responsibility to exercise due diligence, test drive and do their own checks before purchasing.

Watfordvans.com will not guarantee or warranty any Trade Sales and takes no responsibility for any defects or faults, pre-existing, or ones in the future. These vehicles are sold as seen and any defects have already been reflected in the low sale price.
